This quest will become available once you have completed the quest "The Stuff of Dreams," which requires you to defeat Xavius within the Emerald Nightmare. Head downstairs within and speak with Arcanist Valtrois to complete this quest. This is the first quest of the A Change of Seasons quest line in Suramar as required for the Legion quest achievement Good Suramaritan.
