-First, let's take these Welch's fruit snacks - don't fall for their deceiving labels claiming they're excellent sources of vitamins. When you look at the back label, it's absolute junk: corn syrup, Red 40, and Blue One are all linked to ADHD and behavioral issues in children. Give your kids real fruit instead.
-We also have these Pure Protein bars that may seem like a healthy snack alternative but aren't because when you check them out, they contain soy protein, GMOs, Canola oil (which is highly inflammatory), and garbage ingredients overall. A better high-protein snack option would be this grass-fed beef jerky.
-I'd never buy any of these vegetable oils due to their high inflammation potential - absolute toxins! Stick to avocado oil, coconut oil, butter, or olive oil for low-heat cooking instead.
-Then there's the ranch dressing at Costco, which is absolute garbage. The first ingredient listed is often vegetable oil (which can be soybean oil or Canola oil), and it ends with D sodium EDTA - a preservative that shouldn't be in your food. Make your own sauce; it's so much better!
-Lastly, I'd never buy the Costco mac and cheese because it looks like two ingredients on the front label, but has sugar as one of its many hidden components when you check out the back.
