INGREDIENTS:
25-27 pcs scallops
6-8 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup melted butter
1 1/2 cup bechamel sauce (How to make Bechamel sauce here: [ Ссылка ])
1 cup grated cheese (I use the regular Eden cheese)
fresh or dried parsley for garnish
STEPS:
1. Clean scallops by brushing any impurities from the shell and remove membranes and roe from the scallop. Leaving only the shell and the white scallop meat.
2. Prepare the ingredients, first mix the minced garlic and melted butter in a bowl. Or you can also saute the garlic while melting the butter. Just make sure not to burn the garlic.
3. Arrange scallops on a baking pan.
4. Pour the garlic butter mixture on each scallop.
5. Then add the bechamel sauce (How to make Bechamel sauce here: [ Ссылка ])
6. Lastly, top it with grated cheese. More cheese the better!
7. Bake it in the oven at 350F for 20minutes or until cheese turns to golden brown. (I tried grilling the scallops and it turned out great too!)
8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped or dried parsley.
9. Serve while still hot!
