Updating a classic 70's "cruise ship" flounder dish, all the way to...1999! Remember chocolate lava cake? Carrot ginger sauce? What about red pepper coulis?? Well here's a winter flounder dish with a simple hash of shrimp and lump crab meat, with a red pepper shrimp sauce. Could've been on the menu of Tavern on the Green (OG version ofc!)
Will do a couple more winter flounder videos throughout the Fall/Winter months, they are seriously a good eating fish!
