New volunteers are asked to watch this orientation video which provides an overview of BFN’s mission, values, and programs.
After watching the video:
1. Register with our scheduling software at this url: [ Ссылка ]
2. Upon creating an account, volunteers may sign up for shifts in the Warehouse Opportunity.
3. Pantry Volunteers: To support our pantry distributions, we require new volunteers to watch an additional training video. The New Pantry Volunteers Training video provides an overview of BFN's pantry programs and outlines BFN's philosophies in our work with community members. Training includes the basics of customer service, an overview of de-escalation techniques, and other topics related to serving members in the context of food insecurity.

4. After watching the video and volunteering for 3 or more shifts at the 9th Street Pantry, volunteers will be eligible for volunteering at BFN's Mobile Pantries by selecting the public Mobile Pantries Qualification in Bloomerang.
