Cover the cake with ganache.
GANACHE: 200 g chocolate + 100g butter
JELLY:
Mix 120 g of gelatin with 600 ml of cold water, leave for 15 minutes.
Boil 120 g of sugar with 600 ml water
Pour hot water over the bloomed gelatin.
Add the first layer of room temperature jelly and put it in the fridge.
Repeat, refrigerate briefly between each layer.
Color crushed cookies to make moss.
Use modelling chocolate for corals and seashells.
