The head of UPDF training base in Singo Luwero district, Col. Steven Kashure say the ceiling that African Union set for Uganda in Somalia could slow down the mission of bringing peace to the Country. Steven was speaking to a team from the Pan african parliament who had gone to access the welfare of over 2800 soldiers headed for the horn of Africa tomorrow.
