-2 cups of rolled oats, ground in coffee grinder, food processor or blender until they look like a fine-ish powder.
You can also substitute the oats for whole wheat flour, or coconut flour
-2/3 cup pumpkin pureé*
-1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Be sure there's no xylitol in it, that ingredient is toxic to dogs!
If you are using COCONUT FLOUR
The rule of thumb is to substitute only 20 percent of coconut for wheat flour. Flour made from coconut becomes dense and soaks up a lot of moisture when it bakes. To compensate for the moisture imbalance, try adding 2 tablespoons extra liquid for every 2 tablespoons coconut flour you substitute for regular flour.
