CNT Lechon Cebu. Regarded as Cebu's best mass market lechon with numerous branches around the metro. We found the lechon to be the worst of what we tried and dissapointing as the skin was not crispy, there was also a lot of fat and ligaments. The problem lies with the butcher hacking at the meat with other chunks in close proximity thus the juice is getting absorbed by the skin to make it less crispy. The quality of their lechon is also questionable with the high fat content.
