Mental health experts say people staring at themselves on a computer screen all day has led to something called “Zoom dysmorphia.” Sabra Boyd gets totally stressed out everytime she has to go on Zoom, and has even had to take anti-anxiety medications before video calls. A recent study shows that a whopping 85% of patients looking for cosmetic surgery cite video conferencing as an impetus. Plastic surgeon Dr. Steve Fallek says Zoom dysmorphia is real, and suggests turning off the camera. #InsideEdition
