Les Philippines sous le choc d'un attentat à la bombe meurtrier. 14 morts personnes ont été tuées et une soixantaine blessées vendredi sur un marché de Davao, la plus grande ville du sud de l'archipel. Une ville dont est originaire l'actuel président Duterte, et dont il fut maire durant vingt ans. Les autorités ont attribué l'attaque au groupe Abou Sayyaf, un groupe qui a fait allégeance à l'organisation Etat islamique.
