Tightness in the inner thighs and the lateral muscles (peroneals) of the lower leg is a common causes of hip pain and low back pain. We spend so much time sitting in chairs that these muscles get chronically shortened to help us sit for long periods of time. Unfortunately, this adversely affects our ability to do other things we need to like standing, walking, and running.
This program is a set of 14 easy to learn and perform active stretches that was developed by David Weintraub LMT to help combat the regular soreness and muscle aches he gets due to his psoriatic arthritis.
