I just drool when I remember this moment and seeing these pictures makes me think - when can I go back 😅...
An hour to get the menu in the waiting area, 45 minutes to get the table and an hour before our order arrived! Yet, the happiness that food gives ❤️ is incomparable.

I was taken aback by how subtle the flavour was - it is the crab meat that shines thru the burrito style omelette, the egg, just a complementary addition. The sweetness of the crab is like no other.

Also goes on to say how ‘evolved’ Thai street food in Bangkok is .. the quality, taste, texture and consistency- being amazing every single time. This is truly art, something we can learn from.
