command+shift+p in Sublime to bring up the command menu, and select 'Convert Case: lower'
bring up the menu and choose 'Sort' so they're in a nice order
control+shift+down arrow to add cursors to each line
Voila! We've turned 11 names into nicely formatted and sorted email addresses in less than 30 seconds. The best part about this, is that you could have 11 or 1111 and it would take the same amount of time!
