Also, for their Super Bowl ad, they secretly dropped the truck into the wall to give the headlights a deceptively bright glow. Retail investors felt cheated by such blatant fraud and others. In July, Trevor Milton was charged with three counts of fraud, a felony, for his role in defrauding investors. It’s worth discussing whether individuals like him should face severe consequences for fraudulent behavior.
