पनीर मक्खन मसाला
सामग्री:-
पनीर - 200 ग्राम
साबुत गरम मसाला - 1 चम्मच
काजू - 1 टीबी स्पैन
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च - 8 - 10
प्याज (कटा हुआ) - १
टमाटर लाल (कटा हुआ) - 4-5
हरी मिर्च- २
अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट- 1 चम्मच
मक्खन - 2 टीबी स्पान
कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
धनिया पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
गरम मसाला पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
कसूरी मेथी - 1/4 चम्मच
चीनी - चुटकी
टमाटर केचप - 1 चम्मच
नमक स्वादअनुसार
तेल आवश्यकता अनुसार
पानी - आवश्यक के रूप में
Paneer Butter Masala
Ingredients:-
Paneer - 200g
Whole Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tb spn
Kashmiri Red chillies - 8 - 10
Onion (chopped) - 1
Tomatoes Red (chopped) - 4-5
Green chillies- 2
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
Butter - 2 tb spns
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - Pinch
Tomato ketchup - 1 tsp
Salt - To taste
Oil - as required
Water - as Required
Directions:-
Take a pressure cooker add oil and whole garam malasa’s, cashew nuts, Kashmiri red chillies, add chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies , ginger garlic paste, add salt and little water and pressure cook it for 1 whistle and switch off the flame. Let it cool and grind it into fine paste and then strain it and keep it aside
Take a pan add butter, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, garam masala, then add the tomato gravy and cook it for few minutes then add a pinch of sugar, tomato ketchup and paneer cubes and let it boil for few minutes and in the last add Cream as shown in the video. Serve with a cube of butter and few drops of cream
Butter Naan
Ingredients:-
Egg - 1
Curd -1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as Required
Oil - 1 tb spn
Water - as Required
Baking powder - pinch
All purpose flour- 200g
Butter
Method:-
Mix all the wet ingredients along with sugar and salt and whisk it well then add dry ingredients and knead it well and rest it for atleast 15 minutes then make small dough ball and make Butter Naan as shown in the video

paneer cooked in buttery silky tomato sauce
Paneer Butter Masala Paneer Butter Masala is a delicious dish in which succulent cubes of Indian Cottage Cheese are cooked in thick creamy, tangy gravy.
Ingredients
1 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp chilli pdr
1 tsp coriander pdr
1 tbsp Fried Onion
1/4 tsp garam masala pdr
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp kasoori methi pdr
1 tsp ketchup
1 cup milk to add to gravy
1 cup milk to mix spices
2 grams paneer
1 to taste salt
1 tsp tomato paste
Directions
melt butter add ginger garlic paste and mix
add fried onion crushed ( you can buy fried onions in the market ( this ingredient is optional)
add the mixture of all spices that are mixed with milk as shown
cover and cook for 3 min
add salt , paneer and remaining milk to adjust the thickness
add cream if you wish
serve hot with naan
