Round Valley Recreation Area is located at Lebanon ,New Jersey In Hunterdon County.This 2500 Acre water body is very famous for its massive Reservoir ,wilderness Camping and Lake beach during Summer.This Reservoir was built by New Jersey water Authority during 1960 a tough drought period.They constructed two dams and flooded this Reservoir.Since it is Naturally surrounded by Cushetunk Mountain in Circular shape it us called as Round Valley Reservoir.

The Lake Beach offers swimming and fishing and there are lot of picnic grounds,grills overlooking the Lake.Lake is opened through memorial day to labour day and swimming is permitted only my life guards on duty.
Beach Timings: 10 AM to 5.30 PM
Open-Wednesday to Sunday
