Juicy chicken kebabs in the Mika Air Fryer? I approve!
Ingredients:
250gms minced chicken
½ onion, grated
4 cloves of garlic, grated
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
¼ cup spring onions, chopped
1 tsp oil
Lemon, for serving
Method: Mix the chicken mince with the grated onions, garlic, paprika, cumin powder, turmeric powder, salt and spring onions. Skewer a small portion of meat into a skewer soaked in water for at least 10 minutes and then spread the meat nicely. Place each kebab skewer directly into the basket of the Air Fryer without the rack. Air Fry for 10 minutes and flip at the halfway point. Once ready, squeeze some lemon juice over them and enjoy.
