I didn't care for this selection much at first, but after re-listening to the songs to gather footage and edit this video, I actually think it's alright. Not quite as strong as the selections from Spain and Estonia, but better than the ones from Belgium, Romania, and Malta. Middle of the road, basically. That said, I do at least think Latvia's got a few potential qualifiers in here.
