It runs with a quad core Atom processor and performs better than a similar device from Chinese manufacturer Meegopad.
That performance comes thanks to a fan and heat sync built into the device that keeps the components cool when under load. In every test the Intel device performed better, even besting some tablets and laptops also running with the same Intel chip.
It is powered by 2 amps of USB voltage, meaning that many batteries will be compatible with it as well.
The $149 price tag includes a licensed version of 32 bit windows. The device has 2 gigabytes of RAM and 32 gigs of internal eMMC storage. An SD card slot on the side of the Compute Stick allows for additional storage.
This is a great performing device from Intel that runs the full version of Windows.
