Have you renewed your demat account for this fiscal year yet?
Demat accounts are supposed to be renewed every fiscal year (before the end of Asadh). If not renewed on time, demat account gets inactive which restricts you to transfer your shares when sold.
The renewal charge of Demat account is Rs. 100 per fiscal year, which can be paid either through online (Esewa, Khalti, Prabhu Pay, Connect IPS, Mobile Banking, IME Pay) or through depositing cash at a bank.
