The purpose of Public Comment is to allow community members to present information or raise an issue regarding items not on the agenda or regarding agenda items that do not include a public hearing. A time limit of three minutes per individual shall apply. Public Comment will not exceed thirty minutes in total. If you are unable to attend the meeting and prefer to provide public comment in writing, please email the comment to the staff contact listed above at least 24 hours before the meeting.

7.1 Citywide Parking Reform - Work Session #4 (LU 24-0025/PP 22-0001)
The Planning Commission will conduct its fourth work session on the City’s efforts to comply with the State of Oregon’s Climate-Friendly and Equitable Communities (CFEC) rules for parking reform prior to the public hearing tentatively scheduled for September 23. The Commission will review an initial set of draft code amendments and provide policy direction to staff regarding maximum parking regulations and climate mitigation actions for large surface parking lots. Staff coordinator is Erik Olson, Long Range Planning Manager.
