Every day, we generate massive amounts of waste. This can be due to the number of plastic products we use, such as water bottles and straws. All of this rubbish burns or decomposes, but it takes a thousand years to break down. That’s producing plenty of issues, such as coastal flooding and human-made climate change. And what's worse is that there are now so many bits of junk floating around in our oceans, affecting marine life negatively.
