My Keto Mousse recipe, low carb chocolate mocha is light, airy, and creamy, the perfect way to end an evening. This taste almost like I am eating oreos, it was so delicious :) This Keto Mousse is a super easy low-carb dessert to whip up for last-minute guests or a dinner party and perfectly portion .
Keto Mocha Mousse : Serving 6 small bowls
Ingredient:
200ml whipped cream ( 2 cups)
1 tablespoon hot espresso coffee or instant coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
100gm dark melted chocolate Lindt 90% dark (1/4 cup)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
100gm low carb sugar (1/2 cup)
Method:
In a bowl add cream, low carb sugar & vanilla and beat for 1 min. Next, add in coffee, cocoa powder, salt and melted chocolate. Beat until form soft peaks. Pour the mousse into 6 glasses and set in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight. Serve topped with shaved dark chocolate and enjoy.
