i3 4130 with rtx 2060 dont play ultra better low or medium. i5 4690 difficult to play Assassin's Creed Odyssey in high setting and Shadow of the Tomb Raider in highest setting. i7 4790 can play all of the game because 4 thread to 8 thread. All recorded just use this processor with RTX 2060 of course and not use like elgato to recorded
