In this week’s video, we’re going to go over Visuality, Snagajob’s new personality quiz. That’s coming up.

So you’re probably thinking what the heck is Visuality? It might sound weird, but it’s actually really simple. It’s a visual personality quiz to help employers get to know you before the actual interview. It also helps you get an idea of what you’re good at and where you’ll work best. Plus, it’s scientifically proven so you know it’s accurate.

Still confused? Here’s how it works:

First, log into your Snagajob profile or update the Snagajob app on your phone.

Second, scroll to the bottom of your profile to the section that says “Visuality results”. Click “Take personality quiz” and get started!

Third - this is the fun part. You’ll see pictures pop up with a corresponding trait or preference. At the bottom, it will say ‘me’ or ‘not me’. Simply click whichever one fits you best.

Like teamwork, I like working on a team so I would pick ‘me’. But, snakes are definitely not me!

Fourth, you’re done! See? Super easy and it should only take three minutes! You can now view your results: a personality breakdown, your top 8 traits and what work environment is best for you. I took the personality assessment myself and these were pretty spot on for me.

Not only will this give you a great starting point with your job search, but you’ll know what your strengths are.
