“Leading the Change”

We believe the world can be changed through better leadership and that leadership can be developed in young people. More and more often, young people are proving how capable they are to be innovative, collaborative and action-oriented. Young people are changing the game. The question we want to answer is, “how can we encourage more young people to start leading now?” – not just in the future.

This Y2B aims to bring business leaders of different kinds - multinational organizations, start-ups and NGOs – to speak and engage with our Millennial delegates around their ideas of the changes they want to see - with major topics including: diversity & inclusion, climate change & sustainability, changing education and technological innovation.

Our Youth Forum at the end of the day will allow young people to have their voices heard about their ideas on how to start LEADING THE CHANGE they want to see and how government, corporates, IGO’s and non-profits can support them to make it happen.
