With this trick, you should put a pencil in your remote control, because this is a small but ingenious trick. And it works like this.
You sharpen the pencil from both sides so that it fits into the battery compartment of the remote. Now you put in a battery and on the other side you put the pencil. It should now touch the corresponding contact on both sides.
Now you can use the remote control even though you only have one battery in the battery compartment of the remote control. However, this is only a small ingenious trick and you should not use the remote control permanently in this way with the pencil!
