Top News | Former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh and leader of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), N Chandrababu, said late on Monday night that the BJP, TDP, and Pawan Kalyan's Jana Sena Party (JSP) had created a strong seat-sharing arrangement in Amaravati today. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will run for six Lok Sabha seats in Andhra Pradesh while the TDP will run for seventeen, under the seat-sharing arrangement. The Jana Sena Party is expected to compete for the final two seats. According to their pre-election alliance, the TDP would run for 144 seats in the Assembly while the BJP will compete for 10 seats. The Jana Sena Party, led by actor-turned-politician Pawan Kalyan, will run for 21 seats.
