Hi, I’m Auzerais and I am the founder of Blondery, a virtual bakery based in New York but shipping nationwide. We have been featured in Vogue, NY Times, Forbes and many more!
I am passionate about helping artist and creatives in food manufacturing and distribution.
I was pastry sous-chef at Bouchon Bakery, executive pastry chef at Pies N Thighs and Alain Ducasse’s Benoit Bistro before founding Blondery. I’ve worked at Michelin star restaurants such as Per Se, French Laundry, and Daniel.
After 10 years of tweaking, in November of 2016, I launched my business online due to the overwhelming demand and began shipping our OG pecan and salted caramel blondies.
