Join me for a 45 minute Pilates class to give you a full body workout and help you look and feel great any age. This class is a full body workout focusing on toning, building strength, burning calories by boosting your metabolism and improving your posture. We will be using the tradtional Pilates exercises in a beautfiul flowing class to help you feel great in both mind and body. The session will be followed by a Live Q & A so if you have any questions about your practice feel free to ask me in the chat after class.
