A few month after disaster in lombok, i decide to visit lombok island for my journey!! i was imagine before damage effect after the earthquake with 6.4 magnitudo in almost all of lombok island, but i was wrong! The worst damage from earthquake has in sembalun, east lombok. till now sembalun just try to wake up after the earthquake, and only some places of tourrism the local people keep open for public. But not for the first destination tourrism that is MT. Rinjani, until now they still keep closing for climbing to the summit of rinjani's 3740 masl for savety all the visitors, but don't be sad because on the west or south way in tetebatu, sikur. there's SANGKAREANG MOUNTAIN 3200 masl with segara anak lake, and volcanos view from top of sangkareang summit, they still open for climbing track and also tetebatu have many places of tourrism like monkey forest, the sasak culture, and the beauty waterfall nearby in national park of rinjani territory!!
So don't be scared to visit lombok and eplore more, and find your wonderful experience on the paradise island,, from the beach, to the mount!!
