Ingredients:
4-6 tbs or 4 spoonful of Korean rice spoon of Korean Red Pepper Paste
5-6 tbs of Raw, Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother
1 yakult probiotic yogurt drink
2 tbs toasted sesame oil
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp mirin aka Asian cooking wine
1/2 large fuji apple puree
1/2 small round onion puree
6 medium size garlic puree
2 tbs probiotic fruit enzyme or 1-2 tbs raw, unfiltered local honey
