Sony just announced a Cinema Alpha camera called the FX3! While it's still considered a "hybrid" camera, it is designed to be "movie-first"! It shares a lot of similarities with the a7S III however, there are a few unique things up it's sleeves! It has a cage-free design allowing users to mount certain accessories that otherwise need a camera cage to use. It also has a clever top handle with built-in audio interfaces that take XLRs! On top of that, it has a built-in fan for EXTREME long 4K video recording which surprisingly works incredibly well keeping the FX3 cool to touch! Unlike the a7S III, the FX3 features the new S. Cinetone profile for the "cinematic" look straight out of camera! Priced at $3899 Available March 2nd, 2021!
