This is the Hydrogen 7: a concept that previews what BMW reckons might be the tech that helps us to enjoy combustion engines for just that little bit longer. It's based on the conventional 760Li, but that bruising V12 engine can run off hydrogen - where its only emission is pure water - as well as regular petrol.
