The City of San Antonio’s mass vaccination site served our community since January 11, 2021. More than 226,000 Covid-19 vaccine doses were administered at the Alamodome mass vaccination site during the 15 months of continuous operations. Today was truly a moment in history for public health in San Antonio as we close the vaccination site at the Alamodome. This massive effort would not have been accomplished without the help of the over 1,200 City Employees and Volunteers who worked thousands of hours to keep our community healthy and safe.
