Amy : Tea made from pineapple weeds( wild chamomile) foraged from our walk through the fields to Sulham Woods, Tilehurst, UK

Some facts: Same benefit as chamomile: good for relaxation, promoting sleep, digestive aid. Also helpful for colds & is a mild pain reliever.
Habitat: commonly grows along walkway, paths, trails,roadsides. Harvest in areas away from heavy used by human, pets & vehicles. Considered as weeds so becareful where you harvest it. Make sure it hasn't been sprayed with toxic chemicals.
Warning: Member of Asteraceae family. Avoid if allergic to daisy,sunflower & dandelion
RECIPE:
TEA: 2 tbsp (or 3) in tea jug with strainer. Pour boiling and steep for 15 to 20 mins.The longer you steep, the stronger the pineapple flavour in the tea.
Note: Pineapple weed can be dried. If using dried pineapple weed fir tea, reduce the amount by 1.
