This session, held last 14 May 2024, brings together experts from different fields to explore the development of low-carbon pathways as a means of mobilizing #climatefinance. The presentations discussed the overarching aspects of low-carbon pathways development across #transport modes; how they can be developed in collaboration with key stakeholders and how the development of pathways will support governments in accessing climate finance. Speakers include Mark Howells, Director of Climate Compatible Growth; Sophal Kong, Deputy Director General, Ministry of Public Works and Transport, Cambodia; Alice Yiu, Director for Policy Outreach and Strategic Communications, SLOCAT; Marcella Jaramillo, Programme Manager, 2050 Pathways Platform; Kanzo Nakai, Director, Transport Sector Group, ADB; Rob De Jong, Head, Sustainable Mobility Unit, United Nations Environment Programme; and Roy Mumu, Senior Transport Advisor, Department of Transport, Papua New Guinea.
