The final product is soy texturate also known as soy meat, soy chunks or soy nuggets has lots of advantages such as great palatability, fat and oil absorption and holding, good texture, flavor binding etc.

➢ Extruder BRONTO Е-250-10ST has been designed for production of soy meat also known as textured soy protein or soy chunks. Textured soy protein is frequently used as a meat replacement or in some cases as a meat extender. It has a texture that resembles ground beef and can also be used as an additive in meat dishes.
