Ingredients:
50g of minced meat
20 – 30 pieces of mini fishball (1 Cup)
3 pieces of Shiitake Mushroom
2 cups of Chinese cabbage
2 cups of watercress
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp oyster sauce
4 cloves of garlic
1 cilantro root
¼ tsp black pepper seeds
1 tbsp of chopped cilantro + spring onion
1 tsp of light soy sauce
