0:39 Fat rendered from the pork (I had roughly 2 tbsp or 30ml in the pan so I added 1 tbsp or 15m additional olive oil)
0:53 3 tbsp or 28g flour
1:08 2 cups or 500ml milk
1:21 1 tbsp of Chicken Bouillon
1:28 1/2 tbsp Cajun spice mix
1:38 Dash of pepper
2:01 1 tbsp or 15ml white wine vinegar

Cajun Spice Mix:
2 tbsp paprika
1.5 tbsp powdered thyme
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp celery salt
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp white pepper
2 tsp black pepper
