10/08/23 A Woman was Attacked by a Drunk Off-duty #NYC Corrections Officer Captain TONY MONTAGUE. Witnesses say MONTAGUE was Harassing & Verbally threatening Patrons inside of Hudson Bar/Lily's Restaurant. Witnesses state MONTAGUE attacked & threw beer on 2 couples INSIDE of Lily's Restaurant. MONTAGUE was allowed to continued his MENACING OUTSIDE & Told the Woman(Victim) out loud he was going 2 "Shoot & Kill" her Husband. Shortly afterwards, An altercation quickly ensued, MONTAGUE again attacks & Holds the woman against her will, using her as bait & a fast acting police officer was able to intervene & save the Woman's Life.

#TonyMontague was arrested & taken into custody on scene. 2X Felony Charges. 30 day suspension without Pay. MONTAGUE had a Loaded Glock-19 inside the Bar while Drinking. Montague Made $250,000 salary in 2022, but was inside A restaurant/Bar starting trouble & allowed to Harass & menace Patrons.
