AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal wrote a letter to Arvind Kehriwal. In an interview to ANI, she said that ever since she resigned from the post of the chairperson, the entire Delhi Government had become adamant about shutting down DCW. She further said that Delhi Government has not released even a Rupee in funds for DCW for 6 months. She went on to say that the 181 Helpline of the state which is considered the rape capital of the world has been shut down.
