On this drive, I was coming from the Cebu IT Park and I was headed to Fuente Osmeña. I decided to take the Opra "shortcut" by passing through the Doña Modesta Gaisano Street.
I ended up at the Cebu Provincial Capitol. There are more cars on the road in Cebu City but in general, traffic is still moderate. Weather was great today.
