I have a mental list of favorite budget GPUs. At the top of that list is the Radeon HD 7950, one of the best bang for buck value cards on the used market (well, until the cryptocurrency mining crazy came about). Coming in at a pretty close second, hailing from team green, is the GTX 770. If you're looking to game at 1080p on high and have around $300-350 for your entire build then you should consider this card and look to pay around $80 (bonus points if you can find it for less).
If you are interested in this card and want more in depth benchmarks for it, this video will not contain that. This is part of my "Craigslist Ride Along" series where I show examples of picking up great deals to encourage others to look at their local listings to do the same. There are plenty of articles and videos with benchmarks of the GTX 770 you should check out, as you should with most hardware before making a purchasing decision.
