Vintage Pottery Barn Pedestal Table Makeover
This vintage Pottery table was his from before they were a couple. Now married, growing their family, as well as moving to a new house on the lake, it was definitely time for a makeover.
After delivering their first refinished item, we had an on-site Creative Consultation Session, where we collaborated in determining the updated style that would look best for their space. A mix of stain and paint was chosen.
The originally dark stained table was too dark for their new home, so we stripped down the original sealant and stain to find the most gorgeous wood grain below. It was then stained and sealed to accentuate these details. The base was painted to match their kitchen cabinets and lightly distressed to showcase that it was still a vintage table.
In the end, their vintage table now looks and feels fresh with a perfect fit for their new home and growing family.
