European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, speaking in her annual address to the European Parliament, says global markets are "flooded" with cheap Chinese cars. "We do not accept this distortion," von der Leyen said in Strasbourg. "The commission is launching an anti-subsidy investigation into electric vehicles coming from China."
