- 400g flour
- 7g dry yeast
- 300ml warm water
- 8g salt

Writted recipe
- Dissolve yeast using some warm water
- Combine and mix together flour and salt
- Add dissolved yeast and using rest of the warm water knead into smooth dough
- Dough should be soft to the touch
- Leave it at room temperature for 30 min
- Knead the dogh with some flour
- Divide into four pieces
- Knead each piece seperately using extra flour
- use baking paper
- Line the bottom of your pan with parchment paper
- Cover pieces with clean kitchen cloth and let it rise for about 10 minutes
- Gently stretch each piece using your fingers and palm to form pitas
- Soak your hands in cold water to prevent dough sticking to the them
- Using thin object make a criss-prints on top of each pita
- Leave aside for 10 min before backing
- Bake in an pre-heated oven at ovens highest temperature with vent-fan on
- Cover baked pitas with clean cloth (this keeps them soft)
- Serve with meat sausages and other meals
