Today's quick review is for the Monument Hobbies Seam Scraper tool, or known as the mould / mold line remover tool to some. Mould line removers are rather niche considering most of their job can be done with an x-acto knife, but I'd have to say the Monumentools seam scraper tool does a nice job of bringing some alternate options to the table.
I still found it can't do almost everything, but the wide array of modelmaking situations it can handle - and often better than just a plain x-acto - make it a nice and cheap investment. Definitely something to have on the hobby rack when making warhammer minis and models.
Tested on: Metal, plastic, and resin miniatures. Also the occasional odd piece of material for kitbashing. Still has that rather crisp edge it came with on day 1.
Mini Reviews: Very short and to the point videos to give you a decent overview on a minipainting hobby product. A lot of unnecessary fluff is filtered out since these prioritize time over abundant and very elaborated detail. That doesn't mean I won't slip in a joke or four where I can without going on too much of a tangent.
Series Disclaimer: I'm not paid or endorsed to influence my views on the products. I'm just throwing my experiences and opinions out there to help other (who are on the fence) decide if this is worth their time and money or not.
