I would like to share with you my recipe of Turkish pizza, also called lahmacun. Lahmacun (LAH’-MAH’-juhn) is a Turkish food. It has a much thinner dough and doesn’t use cheese. Lahmacun is a great example of Turkish cuisine.
2 medium sized onions
1 medium sized red pepper
3-4 Charleston peppers
half a bunch parsley
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 medium sized tomatoes
400 grams of medium-fat minced meat
1 dessertspoon pepper paste
1 dessertspoon tomato paste
enough salt, powdered pepper, black pepper, and paprika
1 teacup of oil
For dough:
5.5 cups of flour
salt
2 cups of water
